Madasafish / Freenetname Domain renewal

Can somebody tell me how to renew my Madasafish domain. I have done this previously for the past two years by ringing up and it was sorted the same day. Now when I phone it seems that no one can help.

Hello PJGarvey, 

Iam having similar issues with my old freenetname/madasafish domain name which is expiring at the end of January 2023!

I raised a call with support om the 20th December to extend the registration on the domain - there has been no plusnet updates to the ticket. 

I called support again yesterday, after getting transferred to 3 different areas I was advised that the domain would be extended in the next 72 hours - didnt get the assurance I needed. As this domain is used for my email address - concerned!

Currently looking at options to secure the domain if plusnet dont, An option I dont really want to go down,

Looking on some other threads on this topic @Gandalf appears to have helped users with this issue. reaching out for help before the domain expires, appreciate any help with this matter,

@PJGarvey - Your domain's been renewed until 1st December 2023.

@rockyd - The task for your domain hasn't been picked up yet but should be next week if not today.
