Madasafish/Freenetname Transfer Out - IPSTAG

Good evening, I hope I'm going about this the right way. I didn't want to hijack a user's thread, hence starting my own post.

A question exactly the same as my issue was raised by @allancmcd on 21/2/23, using the above subject title. It was dealt with by @willcutforth and I'm really hoping that Will can help me also.

In my case, the IPSTAG is currently MADASAFISH, and, as I'm transferring to FastHosts, I'd like it changed to LIVEDOMAINS please.
