Madasafish domain transfer

I need PN to help get a domain linked to my freenetname/madasafish account transferred out.

I understand that I need to post a topic here and someone from PN will raise a ticket for me.

Hi

That is struggling with my login.  Accounts seem a bit of an issue.

I have an issue in that I had, but no longer have, a broadband account with you.  This was subsequent to the fact that you took over freenetname via madasafish.  Which is the issue I' writing to you about today.

I've had to create another new account on this discussion today as it wouldn't let me use my usual login for some reason.  So now when I try to access your link it just does not like it. I takes me to Broadband and no messages.  I'll try another route.

The issue seems to be that I don't have a username here that I can use to login since the broadband contract ended -or at least one I can figure out.  I have an email address and can log in to my webmail via madasafish but no Plusnet user name that works with the community page, so when you create a link it looks bemused and dies was it doesn't seem connected to my madasafish portal, and I can see no link to the community from the portal as it is so limited..  

And this is part of the reason I want to move my domain.  Is there an email address I contact you on?
