Mcafee expired im on Fiber Extra

this might help a few people that are having the same issue with Mcafee.I had a call from Mcafee as you requested they give me hopefully a simple fix that I've not tried yet, right click on mcafee taskbar icon and choose verify subscription thats it fingers x  that it works. Here we go again!
Another month and another email telling me Plusnet Protect has been cancelled!!!!!
This happens every month despite calls to tech support each time and being given assurances that it will not happen again!
SORT IT OUT!

Thanks a lot for getting int ouch and I'm really sorry to hear that you're having issues with your McAfee service. I've had a look at our end and there doesn't appear to be any cancellations put through for the service. Are you seeing the same screen when you open up the software showing that it's expired?

Hey @oakleyroyal, does uninstalling it completely from your computer, then re-downloading it from your Member Centre help at all?

I have now done the following:

1. Removed McAfee from both laptop and desktop computer
2. Removed Plusnet Protect from Plusnet Account
3. Request Plusnet Protect to be added to Plusnet Account
4. Waited for email with download instructions
5. Installed Plusnet Protect on laptop and desktop computer
6. Verified subscription for McAfee on both laptop and desktop computer
7. Had a beer 🍺 and will wait a month to see what happens!!!

Well, it’s another month on and just received another email saying Your Plusnet Protect service has been cancelled!!!
Let’s get this sorted once and for all!
