I have a Plusnet Hub 2 router and no such page appears on my router settings.
Home >My devices or Advanced settings > My network >My devices
If you click on any device on the list it will open up the page you claim not to have. So nothing is wrong
EDIT: Many of my devices are IPv4 and IPv6 I have no issues, it's the broadband connection that does not support IPv6.

...So it is! 😯
Further settings on my router, which may or may not be significant, are -
Home::Advanced settings::IPv6::Status
Hub IPv6 status: Enabled
IPv6 network status: Disabled
Home::Advanced settings::IPv6::Configuration
ULA
Enabled: NO
"Enabled unique local addressing on your local network.
A private method of addressing all of your devices that cannot be used to contact the internet or contacted from the internet."

I would guess that the key to this problem is that the IP address is set to Static 0.0.0.0.
My understanding is that this is set in the PC, presumably the IPv4 settings and can't be over-ridden by the Hub.
Consequently unless this can be corrected in the PC you are stuck. If it were me, with this being a WiFi problem I would try by-passing it with a USB WiFi adapter. For example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Archer-T2U-Plus-Windows10-10-9-10-14/dp/B07PJV66CN/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dib=eyJ2...
If it doesn't fix the problem it's a useful bit of kit to keep in reserve.

I read some info yesterday on IP 0.0.0.0, there's an interesting article on wiki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/0.0.0.0). From what I remember the PC sets 0.0.0.0 when it can't connect possibly due to a conflict and I noticed another unidentified device on my network also using static addressing but it wasnt 0.0.0.0. I've tried a different PCI WiFi adaptor which also didn't connect. I don't use this PC much, the last thing I did was install an Epson wifi printer 4 weeks ago. I have got a USB WiFi adaptor. I'm going back to basics, everything out and restarting to see where that gets me.

In the past I have found when a device connects to the Hub it checks to see if an IP Address is present on that device.
If it finds one it will be added to the devices list and marked as a STATIC IP, (the IP Address can be in the IP Address pool)
Today I mistakenly connected a router WAN port PPPoE configure device to my Hub Two, this is the result
Looking at the router WAN settings it was IP 0.0.0.0.
IP Address 0.0.0.0 are often used as a place marker in configuration screen as a way of bypassing no entry field
In your device screen shot the MAC Address indicates this is for a TP-Link wireless device, is this a USB device or something else? It also indicates it's Not connected
Can you confirm you are not using the Hub Two WAN port for any connections? Do you have any wireless access points on your LAN which might have DHCP server?

Is the Epson printer connected to the network, that is visible on the Hub connected devices, or have you set it up as a direct link between the PC and Printer, which I seem to remember is a possible methodology? If so this could be the problem. Have you tried uninstalling the Epson printer from the PC?

I've swapped the router, factory reset it and will see if my PC connects to by Ethernet then try a usb wifi adaptor at least that's the cunning plan 😂
