Hello, I need the reverse lookup (ptr) for my fixed ip address to be set to our fqdn. There is nowhere in the management portal for me to do this. Can the dns host master at pn do this please?

Hi there,

If you can reply to the ticket I've logged on your account here > https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=222948748 with your domain name and confirmation you've set the A record to point it to your static IP address, I'll arrange the PTR record to be sorted and a reverse DNS lookup to show your domain from your IP.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
