Hello all,
I subscribed Plusnet via Topcashback a few months ago and am in the process of claiming the cashback. I was asked to provide 'Plusnet = 9 digit order reference' which I do not have a clue of. I have searched the service contract and my account info and so on but still I do not see anything relevant. The closest I could locate was a Order Reference in the Question I raised for the issue I experience to get the fibre set up and it is not 9 digit.
I am really confused. I hope someone could help shed a light. Thank you very much!

@terryfat - Hiya thanks for joining us, sadly this response from Topcashback (TCB) is a generic one and we don't have a reference number that we have to give you for TCB to be able to track you joining Plusnet. Just to be sure, is there any chance that when you went via TCB, you didn't close the browser or come off the Plusnet page and click a link on Google for example to get back to Plusnet's site because this will break the tracking and in effect means you didn't sign up via TCB and will result in the cash back not being honoured?

Good to know it was not me being incapable of locating the reference. I am pretty certain I did not break the redirection from TCB to plusnet in any forms and the cookies/history is still there on my PC (and browser). I have replied to TCB anyway and hope they will look into the case soon.
