Renew a domain name

Hi

I have a domain name that is coming up for renewal. Ive set the domain to "renew" on my account but would be great if I could get some sort of confirmation. Not sure how to go about that.

It's done automatically usually the day before it is set for renewal, is it a madasafish account or plusnet?

Thank you. Its a plusnet domain. Its used for emails so wanted some sort of sign it would be renewed so I didnt have a mad panic on the last day.

My .co.uk domain expires in 13 days, so to avoid losing e-mail service I called Plusnet support this morning and was told that domain support was being withdrawn in Q1/Q2 2024. Therefore, they said, I would have to find an alternative host.

I recall this sort of response being discussed in this forum earlier this year; is it now really the case that time has been called?
