Hi,
Now you cannot log a support ticket can someone please pass on this request to the appropriate support person.
I have not tried phoning because it is a legacy account feature so unsure if telephone support could help?
It was a unique event that caused website traffic to spike over the past 24 hours (Actor died yesterday, so it was on the worldwide TV news and websites).
Thanks

Hi @steed
Thank you for your recent message.
Please can you elaborate on the nature of the query and provide us with the account username so we look into the issues further.
Thanks
Lee

Hi Lee,
Username is [Removed]
I have an old legacy PlusNet (originally Force9, I think) account that came with webspace.
Part of my webspace is allocated to webpages on information about a particuar actor. He died yesterday, so it was on the worldwide TV and internet news, so my website saw a big spike in traffic, which took me over the daily bandwidth limit.
Hence, Plusnet archived my website and emailed me to let me know. It says to contact you to restore it.
Thanks

Hey @steed,
I have submitted a request to unarchive your webspace. Typically, it takes up to 5 working days to receive a response. I will send you an email with an update as soon as I get a response.
