Reverse DNS Record Change

Hello!

After having my original Plusnet account accidentally deleted, I now have a brand new account. On that new account I have a new static IP addon as per last time, and now have the same issue as before which is that my reverse DNS record displays my account name. Could my reverse DNS record please be amended so that it does not show my account name?
