1st line support saying I don't have a static IP but my connection settings say i do. Looking to remove and move to dynamic IP please as also ensure rDNS is removed as lookup is showing my plusnet user name.
I don't think 1st line support fully understood the call so ticket is similar to others on here and my reference is 233889071
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Router has been restarted as requested but still hanging onto the static IP

Apologies for the confusion here, I've removed the static IP. If you can reboot your router again, you'll be on a dynamic IP and the rDNS of the static IP will update within 4 to 24 hours, removing your username.
