Reverse DNS lookup Pointer Record

Hi All,
wondering if anyone can help me here?

I’d like to set my static IP’s reverse lookup address to either the IP address itself or a custom domain name instead of my username. However, when I reached out to customer service, they informed me that this isn’t possible. That said, I’ve come across several community discussions suggesting that it can be done.

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction on how to achieve this? I’d really appreciate any guidance!
