Hi,
I hope somebody at Plusnet can help me. I am have problems with my email server not delivering emails. These are being rejected as spam because the rDNS entry is for my ip returns alan99.plus.com and my mail server is mail.thebuzz.me.uk.
I have a static IP adress 212.159.78.151 could someone change your rDNS entry to point at my domain?
Second bit is more of a question, I have a second domain hosted on google which I want to move onto the same server in the future, so pointed to the same static IP adress. My webserver and email server can support multiple domains but I will have the same problem with the rDNS. Any idea how to set this up?
Thanks,
Alan.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

HI @alan_h99 I can certainly change your rDNS for you. I've popped you a private message to get your account details and then I can send off the request.
