Hi,
I've already contacted Plusnet support when I moved from Business to Residential last November requesting a rDNS be setup for my static connection and was told this had been done but it appears not. I am have problems with my email server not delivering emails now to Gmail who require a rDNS record be set. My mail server is mail.millhouse.it so could the rDNS be set as this or failing that can an a record be created for 220 212-159-75-159.plus.com to point to my ip of 212.159.75.159

@Youngbob I've now requested this change to your mail server. This can take up to 72 hours to change.

It has now been 96hrs since your message and the PTR record is still set to 212-159-75-159.plus.com
Can you please check that this ticket has been actioned by your networking team
