Reward Card Balance

I am unable to find an option on "manage my account" that allows me to query the balance of my PlusNet Reward Card. Can you help?

Hi @Paulr5,

You should be able to check your reward card balance by logging into the Purecard website here. The password will be something that you set up when you activated the card. If you have any problems with logging in, please contact the Plusnet Reward Card Service team on 0800 587 1995 or email info@cardholdersvs.com for assistance with this.

Apart from not being aware that the card was supplied by Pure and needing to reset my password this solution was perfect.
