Router

I’ve been with plusnet over 5 years now and still haven’t received a new router since renewing my contract . How do I get a new router please ?Huh

@Simsy8686 Welcome to the Community forum.

Why do you need one? They are not automatically given out every few years.
To get a new one you ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to renew your contract and ask for one at the same time. If you have only recently renewed or your contract is coming up for renewal then ring and ask.
