Hi there,
I've two issues, but perhaps the first is caused by the lack of https and SSL certificate on my homepage that I got with freenetname, which is currently owned and hosted by plus.net.
Googling how to set this up seems to require access to the servers in a way that I definitely don't have via FTP.
I use the homepage for work and it comes across as unprofessional to have them click past a 'an attacker might be trying to steal your whatevers' message.
Can someone tell me if it's possible to get my page to appear when I use https:// instead of http://
Half the time it appears to be offline when it's not. Let me know if it's fine to post the full URL here.
Thanks!

You can though do that using the naked Plusnet URL for your hosted website, as in https://homepages.plus.com/accountnane
See https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/ssl-security-guide/
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
