Safeguard blocking phone updates

Hi

I switched on the safeguard service (with the default porn/hatespeech filters) and my Android phone would no longer download os updates. I turned it off and it was fine. Is this a known issue?

I've not come across this issue myself - did it prevent any other devices from downloading updates or was it just the phone?

I don't know, I didn't try to update any apps from Google store or whatever. Maybe I should have. 5

No worries, have you turned it back on yet or is it still disabled?
