If you can find a valid example of a website that exists 😁, which we can see, that you can't, and is incorrectly redirecting you to blocked.plus.net then we can direct Plusnet staff to take a look - using a proven example of a site they can test.

I have a recollection, that assuming the above settings are accepted, that the router might still indicate that it is using the Plusnet DNS addresses, but the connected devices will use those new DNS values that you've manually configured.

I've since found these better instructions to change the Hub 2 DNS settings !

I am with plusnet, I see this message when using the link supplied
a DNS check of the site using nslookup using plusnet and cloudflare
PS C:\> nslookup piercingbytim.co.uk
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.10.1
*** UnKnown can't find piercingbytim.co.uk: Non-existent domain
PS C:\> nslookup piercingbytim.co.uk 1.1.1.1
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.1.1.1
*** one.one.one.one can't find piercingbytim.co.uk: Non-existent domain
EDIT: The Hub two Status page will detail which DNS hosts are associate with your account follow link
http://192.168.1.254/basic_-_status.htm
Safeguard DNS would be Primary 213.120.234.38 Secondary 213.120.234.42
These are NOT filtered by safeguard
212.159.13.49, 212.159.13.50, 212.159.6.9, 212.159.6.10
