Safeguard not blocking a site

Hi,

I have Plusnet safeguard enabled on my Hub one. The block categories works fine, it's the block a website that doesn't, when I add a website to block it and refresh the page the website URL I added disappears and it's not blocked. I have restarted the router and tried adding any website to block it and the same issue occurs

I tried another web browser on my phone and once you have added a website to block, a save changes button appears at the bottom of the page which I didn't see initially. I have now received an email saying the Safeguard changes have now been updated. Resolved

Unresolved, I just checked safeguard again and it's removed the site that I added to block. Please can Plusnet fix this

How many website do you currently have in your blocked list? 

Apparently you can only have 30 in total

How are you entering the web address?

You should use the following format. - website.com

Not need for any prefix such as https:// or www.

DNS is set to default, I haven't changed it

Which default? Safeguard uses its own DNS servers. I think that they are 213.120.234.42 and. 213.120.234.38

My DNS is:

Primary DNS: 213.120.234.42
Secondary DNS: 213.120.234.38

When I add any website to the block list I receive two confirmation emails that my safeguard settings have been updated and I have checked my safeguard change log and it shows:

05/09/2023 23:04 Your Blocked Websites list has changed

05/09/2023 23:02 Your Blocked Websites list has changed

Why is it removing the website to block after I've just added it to the block list?

@Scottonpc - I can't see anything about your safeguard here only that it's enabled or disabled. Perhaps you could send some screenshots of what you have there now without changing anything. Perhaps that will shine some light on what's up with it?
