Same here, over 6+ weeks I've been phoning in 3 times now as im getting no calls back regarding getting this working. My 9 year old son has just found porn on the internet by accident and we've been trying so hard to get this safeguard activated. We now have to hide all devices before bed time.
No errors at all, i switch it on, click save and close the page. It then automatically goes back to being off. It will not stay on. Turned off, restarted and even unplugged the router after doing so and still it switches to being off.
Just tried and again no luck. When i click save and refresh the web page it stays turned on, but if trying to access "blocked" pages i can still get on them. However when i close the page and log back on it says off.
