Safeguard won't stay enabled

I've been trying to enable safeguard but it won't stay 'on' and won't change the dns settings. Could you check my account. Thanks, Jon

I'm having the same issue. I've checked the DNS settings on the router so it's not that. It just simply won't stay turned on
Is there anything you can do?

Hi all,

Last night we've released a system change which should correct the issue which was preventing you all being able to turn Safeguard on.  Fingers crossed, this should be the last we see of this issue!

Please flag up if you see any further issues though.
