Hi - I added a static IP address to my account but can't get the portal to activate it. When I go to configure and activate it it just keeps reverting to stating 'Current Status : You are currently using a dynamic IP address' I've tried restarting the router but that's not done anything. What do I need to do to proceed?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I believe the online portal is broken.
You need to either wait for a staff member to pick up this thread in due course or phone PN support.

@easilydone It should be fixed now. Please can you give the router a reboot for me?
