Static IP not activated

Hi, I've bought a static IP few months ago and I noticed my IP is still dynamic.

Is there anything I have to do to activate it? I've checked router IP configuration, but it does not seem like it is possible to set it manually to the desired address.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Static IP not activated

I assume that you have rebooted the router since you have been informed that the static IP has been assigned.

If you have, wait for a staff member to pick this up, or call PN.
Was a member for years, but moved from PN fttc to fttp from an AltNet. Getting 940Mb up and down. Happy to stay on here and try to help others. 

Re: Static IP not activated

Yes, I ordered the static IP actually over 1.5 year ago, but I did not need it that much before.

I moved houses in the meantime if that matters - since then I have rebooted it a few times.

Re: Static IP not activated

Hi @tomzyr

It looks like it dropped off your account after your house move

I've managed to get it reapplied and it's now back on

You'll need to reboot your router to pick it back up

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
