Static IP not enabling correctly

Hi,
I have tried to enable Static IP in my PlusNet hub router and I appear to be stuck with the same problem as a others on the forum where it says enables but also states I'm am still using dynamic IP.
If possible, could someone please enable the static IP function on my account.

To be clear, are you talking about a static WAN IP address?
If yes, see here - Understanding your IP address | Help | Plusnet
It costs £5 and you are best calling support to facilitate it.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi,
That is correct.
I have added the £5 pound setup "addon" and it appears to have accepted it, I have restarted the hub and the addons page still says dynamic IP.

@Matchooo if you give the router a kick (reboot not physically kicking) it should be fixed now for you
