Static IP request - FAO Plusnet staff

Hi,

I'd like to move to static ip and having read through these forums it seems the Static IP option under 'Add ons' in the member centre doesn't work, and that the request needs to go to Plusnet support team via these forums?

(Actually there is no static IP option under 'Add ons' for me.....)

I'm on Unlimited Broadband (old product) but according to the following page I can have a static IP on this product for a one off fee of £5.00 (I'm happy with that): Understanding your IP address | Help | Plusnet

I'd like to make that request right now if someone from PN can action it?

I'm planning to upgrade to full fibre as soon as this goes through, as I understand it the static IP will follow me to the new product.

Hey there @mccorm whilst it doesn't have an option for me either, if you pop me over a reply here I will get it sorted.
