Static IP

I thought I had requested a static IP when I started 10 months ago, I remember something about £5 setup fee.

But it seems I am now on a Dynamic IP, can someone have a look?

Off the wall idea as we have seen this before - have you given away an old Plusnet router to another Plusnet user?

For anyone else looking, it looks like I never had Static IP, memory is a funny thing

I have rebooted and am now on static, many thanks.

I have updated the ticket with a request to update the rDNS.

Ah, looks like the ticket is closed and I cannot see a way of creating a new one, can someone open a ticket so I can get the rDNS updated?
