Static IP

Hi, I registered for a static IP when I signed up but the web interface to activate it seems broken (and judging by several other topics has been for a long long time...).

How do I activate it? It seems like the done thing is to post here and wait for support staff to do it manually?

I have clicked the unresponsive Activate Your Static IP button many times and powercycled the router.

Hi @orllewin 

That should be sorted now.

If you reboot the router you'll pick it up

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
