This site has been removed because it has exceeded its bandwidth allowance

Hi,

My website at http://www.gosha.plus.com/ has been archived. The website stats doesn't show heavy traffic, so I'm not sure why it has happened.

More importantly, I've called plusnet support multiple times, but they seem to deal only with the broadband issues, so the website is still down. Would appreciate if anyone could look into this!!

@hniu First-line support have no dealings with legacy services such as webspace, you will need a clued-up Help Team member for this.

@jab1 Thank you!

Is there someone from the Help Team on this forum, who I can tag in the post or contact directly?

Unfortunately not - you will just have to wait until one of them visit here and spot your post - they are rather thin on the ground these days.
