Transfer domain away from Plusnet

Hi

I have a legacy Force 9 domain that I want to transfer away from Plusnet to IONOS. I have been advised that I need to request that someone changes the IPS TAG from "FORCE9" to "IONOS". 

From what I can see the only way to request this is to post here and wait for someone to open a support ticket, so if someone could do so I would be grateful.

It's not the only way, but it is probably the easiest and cheapest.
The alternative is to use the Nominet services website to change the IPS tag yourself and part with £12 for the privilege.
