Transfer domain out

I have a few domains with PN and want to start moving them to another host with a view to dropping PN completely in future.

Just one of to begin with to see how painless it is.

I have the IPSTAG, how do it get it changed?

@geehawk You wait for one of the Help team to spot this thread and raise a ticket to which you can reply with the details. They will then raise a request to Netops to change the IPSTAG.

You COULD try calling customer services but, since domain hosting is a legacy facility, the chances of getting someone who knows the procedure is small.

I've managed to set it up on the new host and email is working.

Now I know it is fairly painless can I do the same for another domain please?
