Upgrading from FTC to Full Fibre with a Phone Package

Hi

I am currently on a FTC contract with PN with also a Phone Package. My line has just been upgraded by Openreach to FTTP so I am looking to upgrade my package to a Full Fibre package but would also like to keep my telephone line as we still use a telephone

Is this at all possible with PlusNet?

@mohamedikarolia

Short answer is no.

Your traditional copper based landline will go if you move to Full Fibre. PlusNet have chosen not to offer a digitial alternative (VOIP).

You can keep a phone line but you would need to arrange for a VOIP service via an independant provider. You have 30 days to port the number after Full Fibre is installed. Whatever you do don't move the phone before hand as that would cancel your PN account.

You other choise is to move to an ISP who does both internet and phone (VOIP). PN will move you FOC to (I think) EE or you can wait until the end of your contract and move to another provider.
