Re: Usage

Not been possible for a long time - from memory, since plans became 'unlimited', although if you are very lucky and one of the experienced Help Team members sees this, and has time, they may be able to extract the data.

Re: Usage

Some routers record volume off data sent/received... I can get daily reports from mine - but it is my own router and I suspect the Plusnet routers don't keep this information - other forum members may know....  @jab1  @Dan_the_Van

Re: Usage

@Ian06  - the Hubs do not log this information.

Re: Usage

In that case, @bogart99 , I think the answer to your question is no, to be honest.

Re: Usage

@bogart99

If you are using a plusnet Hub (which you are not) but helpful for others

If I recall correctly the Hub One records the total Data sent/received for the period the Hub has been powered on and active

Navigate from the home page >Troubleshooting >Help desk >Line 11

This reset if the Hub One is rebooted

The Hub Two Data usage is for the period the broadband user has been logged in

Navigate from the home page >Advanced settings >Broadband  >look for the line Data usage:

For the Hub two you can see that data usage for an individual device

Home >My device (from what I can see the data usage against the device is the total for the device since it connected to the Hub)
