How do I get my web site back on line after plusnet have taken it down this morning for going over a space limit.

How do I know what the space limit is ?

Customer support appears to be lacking in this area

Hey there @Gratsea for you webspace you get 25MB. Has it come back on since the backend team had a look over it last night?
