Re: Where’s everyone gone ?

@Champnet I'm still here - even though the wonky system says I'm not. 😁

Re: Where’s everyone gone ?

@jab1  Thanks I couldn’t see any new posts so assumed someone had broken the system.
You’ve confirmed it is working so I guess everyone’s happy and have no problems….

I doubt that , TBH - I don't know why problem reports have dropped off as they have, but...

"TBH - I don't know why problem reports have dropped off as they have,"

Maybe Plusnet are losing more customers than they are gaining, or as more people get moved over to FTTP, the number of copper line faults for example, reduces?

Could well be either, or both of those, who knows, but the drop off  appears to me a bit 'sudden'.

Re: Where’s everyone gone ?

I had also noticed that the fora seem very quiet recently. However, given that there are not many staff around, and other customers (and ex-customers) can't help with a lot of issues, there probably is't much point on posting a problem here.

Of course there are now far fewer things that people would have previously raised questions about - no new e-mail accounts, web-hosting, phone lines, mobile phones, business accounts, etc. That only really leaves broadband faults, and billing issues - which these fora can't help with.

Once the last customers with legacy web-hosting and/or domains leave there will only be tumble-weed left.
