Why does Plusnet not cater for disabled people????????????????

Having been a very long time customer of Plusnet I can't wait until Feb for my current contract to end so I can go find a more caring supplier, being disabled I have great trouble using the phone so my main contact is via Email or chat and so far for the last 3 days they have ignored all my emails and not replied to any of my chats, I just get the usual who cares text (well their version)

@Anonymous I can kind of see your point, and sympathise.
Unless your issue is account related, posting it on here can resolve it much quicker than going through 'official channels' - there are a number of clued-up people on here who can offer help and advice.

yea, I'm not that fussed now I'll be moving as soon as my current contract ends in Feb so I'll be happy then

Are you registered with PN as a "vunerable" person? If not, login to your Member's page and under Manage my Account (I think) there should be a link to register.
If you move ISP register with them when you move.

You say that Plusnet have ignored your emails but, as far as I know, they do not have an email address for reporting issues. What address have you been using as it may not be monitored?
It may be wise to take up @jab1's offer of help because, unless you move to a supplier that does not use OpenReach's infrastructure, any broadband issues would likely follow you.

You've been offered assistance by one of the community members ... if you'd only describe your service issue, but you seem to be more inclined to suggest there's no specific route to help YOU, which you are prepared to use ... 😕
Email has never been offered as a support communication channel - for numerous good reasons, the main one being that there is no dependable way to affirm that the communication came from you and not someone pretending to be you.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I use face book but so far its been 3 days I just get their away message with no update as of yet.

So, what is the problem? As said a number of times here, there are Community members who can help, unless the problem is related to financial issues.
