freenetname / madasafish trying to administer hosting/domain name

I am an old freenetname / madasafish customer, my freenetname still works for my plusnet email, but it no longer works to do anything such as administering my free hosting or adminstering my domain name.

Can anyone advise how i am supposed to do this with an account that no longer seems to let me log in?

@davidbrandon are you logging into the plusnet website or the madasafish website? The madasafish website still works for logging into the account.

I can login to madasafish, but there are no details or anywhere where i can get hosting details to administer the domain name renew it, create a domain forward or transfer it out so i have access elsewhere (as i rarely use madasaish these days).

plusnet i cannot login with any credentials except webmail access.

I would like to try and get the original free hosting working (as the site is now dead) or if that is not possible to administer the domain name correctly, either by transferring out, or by setting up forwarrding for domain and email etc.
