madasafish domain name renewal

Hi, I am having problems renewing my Madasafish domain.  The last few years it has been done after phoning support but this year they seem unable to help. On monday I was told it would be done but it hasn't. The person I spoke to today told me it wasn't even possible?  It is due for renewal on 7th february 2023. 

Hoping someone can help as I really don't want to lose the associated email address.  Thank you.

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you. We've been quite busy recently so it's taking longer than we'd like to reply.

I've raised a request to the relevant team to make sure your domain is renewed and I'll let you know as soon as that's been done

I've had a confirmation that your domain will be renewed around next Friday.
