my rDNS has reverted to my username, can it be changed back please

I raised a ticket a couple of years ago to get my rDNS changed from my username to a generic plusnet one with the ip address in it (i cant find exactly what it was as I cant find where my older support tickets are on the portal any more but i do have the original ticket number if its needed)
Please can you change my rDNS entry back to what it was previously. ie without my username
