nominet domain expiry (madasafish)

I have a .co.uk domain that was registered many (many) years ago, with madasafish.

Nominet have just notified me that it has expired 28/02/23 (everything is currently still up, and active)

A link on the Plusnet Help page takes me to a logon, that I have no access to, as I don't have Plusnet broadband.

Thanks for reaching out over the Forums, I've sent this off to our Network Ops Team to renew the domain. This will be actioned within 3 working days.
