rDNS / PTR record change request please

Hi,

I'd like to have the rDNS / PTR record for my static IP changed to NOT include my account username.

Appreciate if someone could pick this up & message me.

I tried calling you to progress the request to remove the username from the reverse DNS / PTR, however, there was no answer. 

 

Just letting you know I have raised this to our NetOps team, I suggest that you check your Plusnet online account at your earliest convenience, as I have sent you a detailed email.

Hi, I responded to the ticket in my Plusnet online account with the requested details,

however I see there is an update saying the ticket has been closed.

 

The rDNS entry still contains my username, can this be sorted out as soon as possible and

changed from <username>.plus.com to <static-ip>.plus.com.
