Thanks for reaching out over the forums, I've opened up a ticket on your account that you can reply to, to let me know what you'd like your rDNS to be and to confirm you give authorisation to have this changed. If you can drop reply there and give me a nudge over here once you've done this, I'll get it sent off to our Network Operations Team.

Nice one, can you also just update the ticket to confirm you'd be happy to have your password changed if needed please? It's not something they should have to do but sometimes it's needed to process the change.
