The default is (certainly used to be**) accountname.plus.com - the usual alternative is ip-address.plus.com
Is yours the former or the latter of the above?
For a good while, we have been asking for the ip-address version to be made the default as that avoids disclosing the user's account name. What would you like it to be?
To have a change implemented requires one of the staff to pick up this topic ... @MatthewWheeler or @willcutforth
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@jhare1989 As you are a new poster on the forum, you may not be aware that when a staff member opens a ticket they are expecting a reply on the ticket (also confusingly called a question) to confirm the change that you want and also for security reasons to ensure you are the account holder.
Login in to the member centre and use this link .... Plusnet Tickets to find the ticket.
If you know all this already just ignore my post.😁
