Hi, I've recently moved to Plusnet. I have set-up a static IP and I've also set an A record with my domain provider I now just need the rDNS PTR record to be set to my domain could somebody raise a ticket for that please.

Hi @mike40, thanks for getting in touch. I've got a ticket raised for you now to comment and confirm what the rDNS needs to be.

Once that's received, I'll get a task raised for you.

Hello, I've noticed that the reverse DNS still hasn't been changed, IP still resolves as user.plus.com.

Hi Mike, really sorry this hasn't been updated for you. I'm chasing this up for you and as soon as I know something, I'll let you know what's going off. I'll update you later on today to let you know what's going off

We've had to send another request off to get your rDNS updated to the Network Team, once they've confirmed that this has been changed, we'll let you know.
