Hello,

Quick question:

Is a static ip transferable  from one plusnet account to another plusnet account ?

@C1Rider ICBW but I wouldn't have thought so. Given its not possible to request a specific static IP, removing the option from the old account and adding to the new account would simply allocate a new static IP.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks for the replies, pretty much confirms what I expected.
I was hoping it would work the same as a personal number for your car, unfortunately not.
