300mb line dropping to 200 frequently

As the title says, my line speed is dropping to 200mb quite frequently. I have spoken to technical who reset the line, but it is happening again.

Are you checking speeds with ethernet (not wifi) connection?

ex-Plusnet (ADSL, FTTC) 2008-2023. now BT (FTTP) 2023-
