@nightsky184 Bit of a mouthful 😉, but the easiest way to answer this is - what does BT Broadband say for your phone number? A screenshot, hiding your phone number, will help others give you some advice.

You are not banded, that is the upper limit of the package you are on.

It is, and from that it is clear you are too far away from the VDSL cab to benefit from the 80/20 package.

As per my previous post, you line is syncing at the max speed for the product, the DSL checker shows you line is not capable of much more, hence you are not offered Fibre Extra - the 66Mbps option.
The one point I did note is the Bridge TAp - this usualy indicates an internal wiring issue. But it does not seem to impact your speeds, but would be good to get it cleared - have you tried the router in the test socket, then compare the before and after sync and attainable speeds?
