Broadband down for hours

My broadband is down since 2 pm. I have tried everything I could do to connect it but nothing worked. No one is answering the customer service phone and I work from home, I need the connection up ASAP. I don't know if there is an issue on the line, can't seem to find any info.

Thanks a lot for reaching out. Looks like a disconnection with the phone network, I can see you've already reached out to our Tech Support Team about it.

We're hoping to have this addressed / resolved by 08/10/2021.
There's an open Fault ticket on the account which you can both view and comment on for direct communication with our Technical Support Team here

Yes, we were able to address the issue on the phone, now we will wait and see if it will be solved. Thank you for the link to the open ticket, I will make sure to use that if I need to communicate anything else
