Throttled down to 50-80Mbps on my Full Fibre 300 line. I'm out of contract, so if this isn't fixed sharply, I'll be changing ISP tomorrow.

Same here... back to normal although this thread has reminded me how much I envy those in areas that can get FTTP.

I guess the evening cleaning crew finished and plugged that big, noisy cabinet back in instead of their Hoover.

If you speak to Support ask for your "line identifier" number - I think it's called the BBIU

@bmc its BBEU and its now available in the member centre, on the 'Manage account' tab.

It needed on SoGEA/FTTP circuits to run the Advanced diagnostics test on the BTw speedtester.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
