I joined Monday and i know it takes around 10 days for speeds to settle
When i joined my speeds were guaranteed to be around Estimated download speed 71-72mbps
In the router it's got
Downstream:
79.987Mbps
Upstream:
20Mbps
However since Monday i've barely near 70Mbps with probably 5.0Mbps the closest i've got

OK, so that is one idea out of the window - a pity, as it is the easiest fix. Can you follow the below, please, and I'll see if I can spot anything?
For Community members to be able to help, information from these two sites, as screenshots:-
BT Broadband(obscuring your phone number) and BTW Performance Tester - Over a wired (ethernet) connection, please report the 'ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTICS', and sight of the HELP DESK tab from your Hub would be a start.
It may also be a good idea to report the results of a Quiet Line Test - dial 17070 option 2 from a (preferably corded) phone. After the confirmation of your phone number, there should be total silence apart from the regular 'Quiet Line Test' announcement. Any other noise - report a PHONE fault first.
I may not get back to you tonight, but I'm around fairly early in the morning, so I'll check then.

Went in to the router today and noticed that if i'm on 2.4ghz my speeds are lower then 5ghz setting which are full on
Only trouble is Sky Q box does not take the 5ghz
Anyway i can change things around so that i can put certain ones on 2.4ghz and others on 5.0

As dvorak has said you are unable to split the bands on the Hub Two, but you can turn off the bands.

I've noticed my speeds have some what improved on the 2.4 from 1.5mbps to 4mbps which i can live with however if i move to 5ghz i can get full speeds but with a twist i can't connect to Sky main box and few others apps

I can see that we had a fault raised for you @Frenchy80 and our suppliers have rectified an external fault.
Is there anyway you can check the speed an a wired connection to ensure it is solely a wireless connection.

I have finally solved the issue
I've gone in to my computer and changed the Wifi band to 5GHZ and got full speeds going
Kept the Router both at 2.4 and 5ghz and everything seems to have been solved

Could staff please check my account and see if the request of cancellation on the 30th has been stopped as now i'm getting max speeds i want to stay on Plusnet
I did msg on Twitter earlier today but as of yet had no reply
